The services

Exec Text provides business, technology and AI-related newsletters, articles, briefings, analysis, commentary, interviews, guides, research, advertising, sponsored content and related media products.Some services may be free. Your account

Cancellation and refunds

You will continue to have access until that date.Subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law.Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Personal use only

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, your account and subscription are for your personal or internal business use only.You must not make your account, subscription, newsletter access or paid content available to other people, including by forwarding paid content, sharing login details, posting private links, republishing content or making content available through a shared inbox, database, Slack channel, Discord server, intranet, AI system or other shared environment.

Intellectual property
